I ordered Firehouse Subs online for lunch, i expected it to be a little more of a hassle than it was. The website was easy to use, and I liked that I could add extras without having to call the store or explain anything over the phone. Delivery actually showed up a bit earlier than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. My sandwich was still warm, everything was packed well, and nothing was missing. Smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely order this way again

The drinks they had were good, but just a heads up if you’re expecting a lot of variety. I was really hoping for lemonade and they didn’t have it, which was a bit disappointing.

The subs have been good, not flawless every single visit, but definitely solid and something I’d order again. I also really like that they support first responders and local community programs, so it feels a little better spending my money there. One time I asked about a pickup delay and support basically said something like, “Sorry about that, the store can get backed up during rush times,” which made sense. I’d probably give them 5 stars if the pickup times were a bit more consistent.

I usually check Firehouse Subs before I order, mostly so I’m not standing there in line trying to figure out what I can actually eat. The allergen info is easy to find, and I do appreciate that gluten, dairy, nuts, and stuff like that aren’t buried under a bunch of menus.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I still don’t totally trust that the website tells the whole story, especially with shared prep areas. I get the feeling the info is there to help, but also maybe to cover themselves a bit, so I always ask at the store too. Still, it definitely makes ordering with food restrictions a lot less stressful...

I also like that there are no weird surprises, like missing toppings, cold bread when it should be warm, or the place being messy. It’s just a reliable lunch spot, which I appreciate.

I do like Firehouse Subs, and the sandwiches usually hit the spot, but ordering on firehousesubs.com was a little annoying for me. The site is nice in theory because you can place the order without calling, but then some toppings and sauces were hard to change or remove, so it didn’t really feel that customizable. I guess it’s convenient, but I still ended up calling the store to explain what I wanted, which kind of defeats the purpose. Not a bad experience overall, just not as useful as I hoped for online ordering.

I stopped by my usual location and the dining area felt gross. The tables were sticky, there was food on the floor, and the trash area looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while.

I don’t know, you can just kind of tell when the ingredients are good, and this place has that feel. The meat tastes fresh, and the bread is always soft, which makes the whole thing really satisfying.

The subs were packed really neatly, which I appreciated right away. Nothing was sliding around or squished, and even the wrap looked clean and tight. When I opened it, everything looked fresh and put together, not messy at all.
